The Men’s Shed Exhibition & Sale was a great event recently held at the Belswan Lifestyle Villages in Mandurah. Fellow residents had been busy preparing for the event and it was great to see the men showing off their amazing craftsmanship. We have heard that many life long friendships have been made in the Belswan Lifestyle Villages “Man Cave”! Seniors Own Real Estate enjoyed seeing the photos of this talented group of men all working together. It sounds like there are some very excited residents in Orange, NSW waiting to move into a newly built aged care facility. The previous facility was built in the 1960’s and residents felt it was more like a hospital than a home. Residents and staff have all been consulted in regards to the new development and it seems home touches were extremely important to all concerned. Thank you to the Sydney Morning Herald for sharing such a heart warming story about Perth seniors. Willagee Community Centre came to life last month as patrons arrived to take part in a seniors entertainment day. Singing and dancing was all part of the day along with maintaining health, well being and the opportunity to make new friends. Please view the story on the link provided.

We bet the residents and staff at the County Meadows of Forks enjoyed every minute taking part in the #MannequinChallenge. The spirit of Christmas can definitely be felt at Amana Living Moline Village in Karrinyup! Thank you to some lovely residents for decorating one of the communal sitting rooms for Christmas.
