Retail and cafe spaces, social and recreational facilities along with green spaces that will be open to the public are just some of the amenities proposed for an aged care redevelopment in Melbourne. Seniors Own Real Estate are excited to hear about the redevelopment planned to transform the existing Calvary Health Care Bethlehem Hospital into a $73.3 million dollar precinct to support seniors in the community. The development which is set to rise 19 stories high will include an 80-bed aged care home and 85 independent living units. Please view this link to read more about the project.
