Lee has extensive real estate experience gained from her more than two decades working across the residential property sector. A degree qualified training and development specialist Lee spent years assisting new home buyers though the new home construction process before moving into property and asset management.
More recently her focus moved to retirement villages, and as an experienced village manager Lee uses her industry insight and knowledge to assist people to find the lifestyle and village that works for their individual retirement needs.
An active member of her local Red Hat Society chapter, Lee is an advocate for connecting as we age, ensuring we don’t forget the fun, the friendship and all things female, over fifty and fabulous!
Lee’s history of customer service and client relationship management means she approaches each prospective resident with the empathy and understanding of the significant factors which often lead to a decision to move from the family home to the amenity, security, community, and care of a retirement village.
