Olinka has over 19 years of property and land development industry experience with specific expertise in negotiation and transactions, commercial advisory, revenue delivery, financial management, customer experience, sales strategy and leadership.
She has a keen interest in advancing her knowledge and experience through exposure to new opportunities and ongoing professional development. Having held her triennial certificate for more than 10 years and previously working with Village Solutions Australia, a leading independent village management and sales service provider in WA, Olinka commenced with Seniors Own in February 2022.
Olinka is the licensee of Seniors Own and current Property Council of Australia (WA) Retirement Living Committee member. She specialises in over 55’s strata sales and retirement village marketing, sales and leasing for Meath Care, Mercy Village Wembley, Brightwater’s Kingsway Court Madeley and Leederville Gardens.
