She has deep expertise across village development, strata, property, retirement operations, and financial management, supported by an Advanced Diploma in Village Management and qualifications in Business Administration and Strata Management.

A results-driven leader, Rebecca has a strong track record of optimising operational efficiency, strengthening cash flow, and improving overall profitability across village portfolios. In her current role as General Manager, she oversees nine villages across Perth, where she focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing financial performance, and driving sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
