With over 30 years’ experience as a home buyer, property investor, renovator, and real estate professional, Simon has worked within respected, award-winning mainstream real estate agencies and has extensive experience assisting clients through downsizing and retirement living transitions.
Before entering the real estate industry, Simon developed a strong foundation in management accounting, audit, and government roles focused on aged care planning, community consultation, and advocacy for older Australians. He worked closely with seniors, families, aged care providers, and community organisations, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges people face when making important decisions later in life.
